I understand how overwhelming life can feel when it seems like the world is against you. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I approach therapy with a relaxed and compassionate manner, giving you the freedom to open up at your own pace.
I work using an integrative counselling approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to adapt to your needs. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to make sense of what’s happening in your life, helping you feel more grounded and in control.

My approach is rooted in adaptability and client-centred care. I use various techniques depending on your individual needs and goals, ensuring a flexible and responsive therapeutic process.
For clients who may benefit from a more structured, goal-oriented approach, I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns. In other cases, I might incorporate aspects of Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, or Transactional Analysis methods to support self-exploration and emotional growth.
