As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel truly heard and understood. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping clients navigate through life's challenges, from daily stressors to profound personal transformations.
My journey in mental health began after my own experiences showed me the transformative power of therapy. After completing my Psychology degree, I pursued additional training in psychotherapy, earning both a Master's in Counselling and Psychology and becoming a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
What drives me is witnessing the remarkable resilience of the human spirit. Every person who walks through my door brings their own unique story, and I consider it an honor to be part of their journey toward healing and self-discovery. My approach combines evidence-based practices with genuine empathy and understanding.
