Hi, I'm Chloe.
As someone who came to therapy as a client before becoming a therapist, I understand both the hesitation and hope that can come with seeking support. My practice is built on creating a safe, encouraging space where you can explore your challenges and discover your path to growth.
My professional journey began with a foundation in Psychology, followed by a Master's in Counselling Psychology. I'm a registered member of the BACP and have completed additional certification in mindfulness-based approaches. Before establishing my private practice, I worked in NHS mental health services, which gave me extensive experience in supporting people through various life challenges.
What drives my work is the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can be authentically themselves. I've seen how powerful it can be when people feel truly heard and understood, often for the first time. This understanding shapes every aspect of how I work with clients.
