Hi, I'm Jullie.
I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, and I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. My approach combines professional understanding with genuine care and practical support.
My journey into therapy began with undergraduate studies in Psychology, followed by specialized training in Counselling Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Psychotherapy. I maintain BACP accreditation and regularly undertake additional professional development. Having worked in both NHS settings and employee assistance programs, I understand how mental health challenges can affect all aspects of life.
What I find most fulfilling about this work is helping people rediscover their inner strength and resilience. Throughout my years of practice, I've seen how powerful it can be when people feel truly heard and understood. I believe that everyone has the capacity for positive change, even during life's most challenging moments.
If you're considering therapy, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change. Whatever brings you here, know that therapy is a place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we can work on developing the insights and skills you need to create positive changes in your life.
