Hi, I'm Noor.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to help you understand yourself better and develop the tools you need to thrive. My role is to provide a warm, culturally sensitive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
My background includes a BSc in Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Counselling Psychology. I'm accredited by the BACP and have completed additional training in trauma-informed practice. Before private practice, I worked in community mental health settings, which gave me valuable experience working with people from all walks of life.
What I love most about being a therapist is seeing clients discover their inner strength and resilience. I understand that our mental health is influenced by many factors - from our personal experiences to our cultural background and social environment. This understanding shapes my holistic approach to therapy.
