My journey in mental health began with a BSc in Psychology, followed by an MSc in Mental Health Studies. I hold accreditation with the BACP and have specialized training in cognitive behavioral approaches. Before private practice, I gained valuable experience working in corporate wellness programs and educational settings, which helped me understand the diverse challenges people face in different aspects of their lives.
What excites me most about therapy is helping clients discover practical ways to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
