Hi, I'm Andy

I believe a trusting and open relationship is key to successful therapy. I provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can express and share your thoughts and fears openly.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked for over 30 years as an architect and creative director in design and advertising. This shaped my understanding of creativity and change, reinforcing my belief that we all have the ability to reimagine our lives and overcome difficulties.

I help clients navigate personal, work-related, and relationship challenges. My approach blends traditional Psychodynamic therapy with modern Humanistic techniques, addressing the roots of struggles while developing practical strategies for change. Whether you're facing workplace stress, family difficulties or personal challenges, I’ll provide the tailored therapeutic support you need to start living the life you want to lead.

My Approach

My therapeutic style is integrative and relational, combining Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches. I work collaboratively to explore how past experiences shape your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Identifying these patterns helps foster self-awareness and meaningful change. This process deepens self-understanding and supports lasting growth. Where appropriate, I incorporate practical tools and techniques such as mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to enhance coping strategies.
